Dr. Pilar Vázquez-Vialva
Founder & CEO
Dr. Pilar Vázquez-Vialva is an esteemed educational leader and wellness advocate, dedicated to addressing diverse challenges in educational spaces. With expertise in culturally responsive leadership practices, youth-centered practices, and educational leadership, Dr. Pilar is a trailblazer in promoting just and equitable education systems. She passionately champions an inclusive design process, notably leading the creation of several Youth Wellness Centers in California, making her a valuable resource for districts tackling turnover, burnout, trauma, and inequities.
With extensive experience in leading transformative change in school and district systems as a former Assistant Superintendent and Chicago Public Schools High School Principal, Dr. Pilar has coached and led systems change over the last two decades. She holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership with a focus on strategic and organizational design and planning.
Dr. Pilar is dedicated to partnering with districts, schools, county offices of education and organizations that aim to improve outcomes for youth throughout the world.

Our mission is to enhance organizational wellness, improve student outcomes, and build the talent and well-being of adults in service of youth.
